Melphin is indicated for the treatment of:
Roundworm, threadworm (pinworm) and hookworm infections.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Melphin:
Adults and children: 11 mg/kg (as base) as a single dose, up to 1 g; repeat after 2 weeks for threadworm; hookworm may need 3 days.
Melphin-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ও শিশু: একবারে 11 mg/kg (বেস হিসেবে), সর্বোচ্চ 1 g; ক্রিমিতে ২ সপ্তাহ পর আবার দিন; হুকওয়ার্মে ৩ দিন লাগতে পারে।

Possible side effects of Melphin:
- Mild nausea, abdominal cramps, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness.
- Raised liver enzymes (rare).
