Pyrantel Pamoate is indicated for the treatment of:

Roundworm, threadworm (pinworm) and hookworm infections.

Dosage and administration of Pyrantel Pamoate:

Adults and children: 11 mg/kg (as base) as a single dose, up to 1 g; repeat after 2 weeks for threadworm; hookworm may need 3 days.
