Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Faronex is indicated for the treatment of:
- Respiratory tract and ear, nose and throat infections.
- Skin and soft tissue infections.
- Urinary tract infections.
Faronex নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:

Pharmacologyফার্মাকোলজি
Bactericidal; blocks bacterial cell-wall synthesis and resists many beta-lactamases.
জীবাণুনাশক; ব্যাকটেরিয়ার কোষপ্রাচীর তৈরি বন্ধ করে এবং অনেক বিটা-ল্যাকটামেজ প্রতিরোধ করে।
Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Faronex:
Adults: 200-300 mg three times daily as per the product label; reduce in kidney impairment.

Interactionড্রাগ ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন
Faronex may interact with:
Valproate (levels fall sharply; avoid), probenecid.
Faronex-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:
ভ্যালপ্রয়েট (মাত্রা অনেক কমে যায়; এড়িয়ে চলুন), প্রোবেনেসিড।
Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Faronex should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity to penems or other beta-lactams.
- Use with valproate.

- Diarrhoea, nausea, abdominal pain, rash.
- Rare: severe allergy, colitis, seizures.
