Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Emestop is indicated for the treatment of:
- Prevention of acute and delayed nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy (with other antiemetics).
- Prevention of post-operative nausea and vomiting.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Emestop:
- Chemotherapy: 125 mg one hour before chemotherapy on day 1, then 80 mg on days 2 and 3, with a 5-HT3 antagonist and dexamethasone.
- Post-operative: 40 mg before anaesthesia.
Emestop-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- কেমোথেরাপি: প্রথম দিন কেমোথেরাপির এক ঘণ্টা আগে ১২৫ মিগ্রা, তারপর ২য় ও ৩য় দিনে ৮০ মিগ্রা; সাথে 5-HT3 অ্যান্টাগনিস্ট ও ডেক্সামেথাসোন।

Interactionড্রাগ ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন
Emestop may interact with:
CYP3A4 inhibitors and inducers, warfarin, dexamethasone (dose adjusted), hormonal contraceptives.
Emestop-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Emestop should not be used in:
- Use with pimozide, cisapride or terfenadine.
- Hypersensitivity.
