Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Durobac is indicated for the treatment of:
- Severe pneumonia.
- Febrile neutropenia.
- Complicated urinary tract, skin and intra-abdominal infections.
- Septicaemia.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Durobac:
- Adults: 1-2 g IV every 8-12 hours; febrile neutropenia 2 g every 8 hours; reduce in kidney impairment.
- Hospital use.

Possible side effects of Durobac:
- Diarrhoea, rash, headache, injection-site reactions.
- Rare: confusion, seizures and brain toxicity (especially with kidney impairment), colitis, allergy.
