Dapofil is indicated for the treatment of:
Premature ejaculation in men aged 18-64 years.

Dosage and administration of Dapofil:
Adults: 30 mg taken 1-3 hours before sexual activity; may be increased to 60 mg; not more than once in 24 hours.

Dapofil should not be used in:
- Heart disease, heart rhythm problems.
- History of mania or severe depression.
- Use with MAO inhibitors, other SSRIs, tramadol or strong CYP3A4 inhibitors.
