Dapoxetine is indicated for the treatment of:

Premature ejaculation in men aged 18-64 years.

Dosage and administration of Dapoxetine:

Adults: 30 mg taken 1-3 hours before sexual activity; may be increased to 60 mg; not more than once in 24 hours.
