Tiotropium is indicated for the treatment of:
- Maintenance bronchodilator treatment of COPD.
- Add-on maintenance treatment in asthma (specific inhalers).

Dosage and administration of Tiotropium:
Adults: 18 mcg capsule inhaled once daily with the capsule inhaler (do not swallow the capsule), or 5 mcg (two puffs) once daily with the soft-mist inhaler.

- Not for relief of a sudden attack.
- Caution in narrow-angle glaucoma and prostate enlargement.
