Suxamethonium Chloride is indicated for the treatment of:
- Short-acting muscle relaxation for tracheal intubation and short procedures.
- Muscle relaxation during electroconvulsive therapy.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Suxamethonium Chloride:
- Adults: 1-1.5 mg/kg IV for intubation.
- Hospital use only by an anaesthetist with ventilation support.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Suxamethonium Chloride should not be used in:
- History or family history of malignant hyperthermia.
- Risk of high potassium (burns, severe trauma, neuromuscular disease); pseudocholinesterase deficiency.

Possible side effects of Suxamethonium Chloride:
- Muscle pains, slow heart rate, high potassium, raised eye and stomach pressure.
- Rare: malignant hyperthermia, prolonged paralysis.
