Dosage and administration of Sofosbuvir + Velpatasvir:
Adults: one tablet (sofosbuvir 400 mg with velpatasvir 100 mg) once daily for 12 weeks, as set by a specialist.

- Use with rifampicin, carbamazepine, phenytoin or St John's wort.
