Famotidine is indicated for the treatment of:
- Duodenal and gastric ulcer.
- Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
- Zollinger-Ellison syndrome; heartburn and acid indigestion.

Dosage and administration of Famotidine:
Adults: 20-40 mg once daily at night, or 20 mg twice daily, for 4-8 weeks; reduce in kidney impairment.
