Drospirenone + Ethinylestradiol is indicated for the treatment of:
- Oral contraception.
- Acne and premenstrual dysphoric disorder in women who choose a contraceptive (some products).

Dosage and administration of Drospirenone + Ethinylestradiol:
One tablet daily at the same time, as per the pack: 21 active tablets followed by a 7-day break, or the 24 + 4 regimen.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Drospirenone + Ethinylestradiol should not be used in:
- History of blood clots, stroke or heart attack.
- Migraine with aura; smoking over 35 years; uncontrolled high blood pressure.
- Breast cancer; liver disease; kidney or adrenal insufficiency (drospirenone).

Possible side effects of Drospirenone + Ethinylestradiol:
- Nausea, breast tenderness, headache, spotting, mood changes.
- Rare: blood clots, high potassium.
