- Control of heart rate in supraventricular arrhythmias.

Dosage and administration of Diltiazem Hydrochloride:
Adults: 30-60 mg three times daily; extended-release 120-360 mg once daily as directed.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Diltiazem Hydrochloride should not be used in:
- Sick sinus syndrome, second or third-degree heart block, severe slow heart rate.
- Left ventricular failure with lung congestion.
- Use with dantrolene or ivabradine.

Ankle swelling, headache, dizziness, slow heart rate, constipation, flushing.
