Clonazepam is indicated for the treatment of:
- Epilepsy (various seizure types), usually as add-on treatment.
- Panic disorder.
- Short-term anxiety under specialist advice.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Clonazepam:
- Adults: start 0.25-0.5 mg once or twice daily and adjust slowly as directed; usual maintenance 1-4 mg daily in divided doses.
- Start and change the dose only under a doctor; do not stop suddenly.

- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: দিনে একবার বা দুইবার 0.25-0.5 mg দিয়ে শুরু করে নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী ধীরে ধীরে সমন্বয় করতে হয়; সাধারণ রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ মাত্রা দৈনিক 1-4 mg ভাগ করে।

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Clonazepam should not be used in:
- Severe breathing problems, sleep apnoea, severe liver disease, myasthenia gravis.
- Caution with a history of drug dependence.
