Celecoxib is indicated for the treatment of:
- Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.
- Acute pain and painful periods.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Celecoxib:
- Adults: osteoarthritis 200 mg once daily or 100 mg twice daily; rheumatoid arthritis 100-200 mg twice daily; acute pain 400 mg then 200 mg as needed.
- Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.

- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: অস্টিওআর্থ্রাইটিসে দিনে একবার 200 mg বা দিনে দুইবার 100 mg; রিউমাটয়েড আর্থ্রাইটিসে দিনে দুইবার 100-200 mg; তীব্র ব্যথায় প্রথমে 400 mg, পরে প্রয়োজনে 200 mg।
- সবচেয়ে কম কার্যকর মাত্রায় সবচেয়ে অল্প সময়ের জন্য ব্যবহার করুন।

Celecoxib should not be used in:
- Allergy to sulfonamides, aspirin or other NSAIDs.
- Active ulcer or GI bleeding; heart attack or stroke history; severe heart failure.
- Severe liver or kidney impairment; third trimester of pregnancy.
