Amoxicillin + Clavulanic Acid is indicated for the treatment of:
- Sinusitis, otitis media and tonsillitis.
- Lower respiratory tract infections.
- Urinary tract infections.
- Skin, soft tissue, bone, joint and dental infections; animal bites.
Amoxicillin + Clavulanic Acid নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Amoxicillin + Clavulanic Acid:
- Adults: 625 mg (500 mg + 125 mg) every 8 hours, or 1 g (875 mg + 125 mg) every 12 hours, taken at the start of a meal.
- Severe infections: IV form under medical supervision.
- Children: by body weight (amoxicillin component).

- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: খাবার শুরুর সময় প্রতি ৮ ঘণ্টা অন্তর 625 mg (500 mg + 125 mg), অথবা প্রতি ১২ ঘণ্টা অন্তর 1 g (875 mg + 125 mg)।
- গুরুতর সংক্রমণে: চিকিৎসকের তত্ত্বাবধানে IV ফর্ম।
- শিশু: ওজন অনুযায়ী (অ্যামোক্সিসিলিন উপাদান অনুসারে)।

Amoxicillin + Clavulanic Acid should not be used in:
- Penicillin allergy.
- History of jaundice or liver problems with amoxicillin-clavulanate.

Possible side effects of Amoxicillin + Clavulanic Acid:
- Diarrhoea, nausea, rash, vaginal thrush.
- Rare: liver problems (cholestatic jaundice, more in older adults and long courses), colitis, severe allergy.

- Check for penicillin allergy.
- Monitor liver function in long courses.
- Reduce dose in kidney impairment.
Amoxicillin + Clavulanic Acid ব্যবহারের সময় সতর্কতা:
