Adults: one tablet once daily (for example amlodipine 5 mg with valsartan 80 or 160 mg; 10 mg with 160 mg).

Amlodipine + Valsartan should not be used in:
- Pregnancy.
- Hypersensitivity.
- Bilateral renal artery stenosis.
- Use with aliskiren in diabetes.
