Dosage and administration of Amitriptyline + Chlordiazepoxide:
Adults: one tablet (for example amitriptyline 12.5 mg with chlordiazepoxide 5 mg, or 25 mg with 10 mg) three times daily for the shortest time.

- Recent heart attack, heart rhythm disorders, heart block.
- Use with MAO inhibitors; narrow-angle glaucoma; severe breathing problems; myasthenia gravis.

- Dependence and withdrawal; QT prolongation.
