Amantadine Hydrochloride is indicated for the treatment of:
- Parkinson's disease and drug-induced movement disorders.
- Influenza A (limited use because of resistance).

Dosage and administration of Amantadine Hydrochloride:
Adults: 100 mg once or twice daily (maximum 400 mg/day); reduce in kidney impairment.

- Severe kidney impairment.
- Epilepsy history, narrow-angle glaucoma, gastric ulcer; hypersensitivity.
