Dosage and administration of Zolexin:
Adults: 10 mg at bedtime (5 mg in women, the elderly and in liver impairment) for the shortest time, usually not more than 4 weeks.

Zolexin should not be used in:
- Severe liver impairment, sleep apnoea, severe breathing problems, myasthenia gravis.
- Hypersensitivity; history of complex sleep behaviours with a similar drug.
