Xynor is indicated for the treatment of:
- Amoebiasis and giardiasis.
- Trichomoniasis and bacterial vaginosis.
- Anaerobic bacterial infections.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Xynor:
- Adults: 500 mg twice daily for 5-10 days; amoebiasis 1.5 g once daily for 3 days; trichomoniasis 1.5 g as a single dose.
- Children: 25 mg/kg as a single daily dose.

- Hypersensitivity to nitroimidazoles.
- Active nervous system disease; first trimester of pregnancy unless essential.
