Xelcom IM/IV is indicated for the treatment of:
- Spasm and pain of the digestive tract (irritable bowel syndrome, colic).
- Biliary and urinary tract spasm.
- Painful periods.

- Adults: 50 mg three times daily as per the label; injection forms are given as directed.

- Prostate enlargement with urinary retention.
- Intestinal obstruction, paralytic ileus, megacolon.
