Xarimig Orodispersible is indicated for the treatment of:
Acute migraine attacks, with or without aura.

Dosage and administration of Xarimig Orodispersible:
Adults: 10 mg at the start of the headache; may repeat after 2 hours if needed (maximum 30 mg/day, 15 mg/day with propranolol).

Xarimig Orodispersible should not be used in:
- Ischaemic heart disease, previous heart attack or stroke.
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure; hemiplegic or basilar migraine; use with MAO inhibitors (within 2 weeks).

- Not for prevention of migraine.
- Avoid using more than 2-3 times a week to prevent medication-overuse headache.
