Windel is indicated for the treatment of:
Relief of bronchospasm in COPD and asthma.

Pharmacologyফার্মাকোলজি
Salbutamol relaxes airway muscle; ipratropium blocks airway muscle constriction.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Windel:
Nebuliser: one vial (ipratropium 500 mcg with salbutamol 2.5 mg) three to four times daily; inhaler forms as per the label.

Interactionড্রাগ ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন
Windel may interact with:
Beta blockers, other anticholinergics, diuretics and corticosteroids (low potassium).
Windel-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:
বিটা ব্লকার, অন্য অ্যান্টিকোলিনার্জিক, মূত্রবর্ধক ও কর্টিকোস্টেরয়েড (পটাশিয়াম কমে যাওয়া)।
Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Windel should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity to atropine-like drugs.
- Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy; fast heart rhythm disorders.

Dry mouth, tremor, palpitations, headache, urinary retention.
