Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Vonolend is indicated for the treatment of:
- Erosive oesophagitis (healing and maintenance).
- Heartburn in non-erosive GERD.
- Gastric and duodenal ulcer.
- H. pylori eradication (with antibiotics).
Vonolend নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Vonolend:
Adults: 10-20 mg once daily for 2-8 weeks as directed (20 mg for erosive oesophagitis and ulcers); H. pylori regimens use 20 mg twice daily with antibiotics for 7-14 days.

প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী ২-৮ সপ্তাহ দিনে একবার 10-20 mg (ইরোসিভ ইসোফেজাইটিস ও আলসারে 20 mg); এইচ. পাইলরি নির্মূলের নিয়মে অ্যান্টিবায়োটিকের সাথে ৭-১৪ দিন দিনে দুইবার 20 mg।

- Headache, diarrhoea, constipation, nausea, bloating.
- Raised gastrin levels; rare: raised liver enzymes.
