Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Vivanta 50:
Adults: usually start 49/51 mg twice daily (24/26 mg twice daily with low blood pressure, kidney impairment or if not previously on an ACE inhibitor/ARB); double every 2-4 weeks to the target 97/103 mg twice daily.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Vivanta 50 should not be used in:
- Pregnancy.
- History of angioedema.
- Use with an ACE inhibitor (needs a 36-hour gap) or with aliskiren in diabetes.
- Severe liver impairment.
