Vendip is indicated for the treatment of:
- Major depression.
- Generalised anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder and panic disorder.

Dosage and administration of Vendip:
- Adults: 75 mg daily (37.5 mg to start) in one or two doses, up to 225 mg daily; extended-release once daily with food.
- Reduce gradually when stopping.
