Utramal is indicated for the treatment of:
Moderate to severe pain.

Dosage and administration of Utramal:
- Adults: 50-100 mg every 4-6 hours as needed (maximum 400 mg/day); use lower doses in the elderly and in kidney or liver impairment.
- Prescription-only; use for the shortest time.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Utramal should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity.
- Acute intoxication with alcohol, sleeping pills or opioids.
- Uncontrolled epilepsy.
- Use of MAO inhibitors within 14 days.
- Severe breathing depression; children under 12.
