Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Urendia is indicated for the treatment of:
- Chronic kidney disease associated with type 2 diabetes (to slow kidney decline and reduce cardiovascular risk).
- Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (as licensed).
Urendia নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:
- টাইপ ২ ডায়াবেটিসজনিত দীর্ঘস্থায়ী কিডনি রোগে কিডনির অবনতি ধীর করা ও হৃদরোগের ঝুঁকি কমানো।
- সংরক্ষিত ইজেকশন ফ্র্যাকশনসহ হৃদযন্ত্রের অকার্যকারিতা (অনুমোদিত ক্ষেত্রে)।
Pharmacologyফার্মাকোলজি
Blocks the mineralocorticoid receptor, reducing inflammation and scarring in the kidney and heart.
মিনারালোকর্টিকয়েড রিসেপ্টর বন্ধ করে কিডনি ও হৃৎপিণ্ডের প্রদাহ ও দাগ (স্কারিং) কমায়।
Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Urendia:
Adults: 10 mg once daily if eGFR is 25 to under 60; 20 mg once daily if eGFR is 60 or more; check potassium before and after starting.
Urendia-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: eGFR ২৫ থেকে ৬০-এর কম হলে দিনে একবার ১০ মিগ্রা; eGFR ৬০ বা বেশি হলে দিনে একবার ২০ মিগ্রা; শুরুর আগে ও পরে পটাশিয়াম পরীক্ষা করুন।
Interactionড্রাগ ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন
Urendia may interact with:
Strong and moderate CYP3A4 inhibitors, potassium supplements, ACE inhibitors and ARBs (monitor potassium).
Urendia-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:
শক্তিশালী ও মাঝারি CYP3A4 প্রতিরোধক, পটাশিয়াম সাপ্লিমেন্ট, ACE ইনহিবিটর ও ARB (পটাশিয়াম পর্যবেক্ষণ করুন)।
Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Urendia should not be used in:
- Addison's disease.
- Use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ketoconazole or itraconazole.
- Hypersensitivity.
