Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Unigerd is indicated for the treatment of:
- Erosive oesophagitis (healing and maintenance).
- Heartburn in non-erosive GERD.
- Gastric and duodenal ulcer.
- H. pylori eradication (with antibiotics).

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Unigerd:
Adults: 10-20 mg once daily for 2-8 weeks as directed (20 mg for erosive oesophagitis and ulcers); H. pylori regimens use 20 mg twice daily with antibiotics for 7-14 days.

- Raised gastrin levels; rare: raised liver enzymes.
