Triventa is indicated for the treatment of:
- Type 2 diabetes mellitus.
- Heart failure.
- Chronic kidney disease.

Blocks glucose reabsorption in the kidney so that extra sugar leaves in the urine.
কিডনিতে গ্লুকোজের পুনঃশোষণ বন্ধ করে, ফলে অতিরিক্ত শর্করা প্রস্রাবের সাথে বেরিয়ে যায়।

Dosage and administration of Triventa:
Adults: 10 mg once daily (5 mg to start in type 2 diabetes if advised); for heart failure and chronic kidney disease 10 mg once daily.

Triventa may interact with:
Diuretics, insulin and sulfonylureas (low blood sugar), lithium.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Triventa should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity.
- Diabetic ketoacidosis.
- Not for type 1 diabetes.

Possible side effects of Triventa:
- Genital fungal infections, urinary tract infections, increased urination, thirst, dehydration, low blood pressure.
- Rare: ketoacidosis (even with near-normal blood sugar), Fournier's gangrene.

Precautions while using Triventa:
- Keep well hydrated; stop temporarily before major surgery or during acute illness.
