Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Tridyl is indicated for the treatment of:
- Parkinson's disease.
- Drug-induced extrapyramidal symptoms (stiffness, tremor).

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Tridyl:
Adults: start 1 mg daily, increase gradually to 5-15 mg/day in three or four divided doses after meals.

Tridyl may interact with:
Other anticholinergic drugs, antipsychotics, tricyclic antidepressants, levodopa.
Tridyl-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:
অন্য অ্যান্টিকোলিনার্জিক ওষুধ, অ্যান্টিসাইকোটিক, ট্রাইসাইক্লিক অ্যান্টিডিপ্রেসেন্ট, লেভোডোপা।
Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Tridyl should not be used in:
- Narrow-angle glaucoma.
- Intestinal obstruction, urinary retention, myasthenia gravis.
- Tardive dyskinesia (may worsen).

Possible side effects of Tridyl:
Dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, difficulty passing urine, confusion and memory problems in the elderly.
