Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Toradolin is indicated for the treatment of:
- Short-term treatment (up to 5 days) of moderate to severe acute pain, usually after surgery.
- Renal colic and other acute pain.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Toradolin:
- Adults: oral 10 mg every 4-6 hours (maximum 40 mg/day); injection 10-30 mg every 6 hours (maximum 90-120 mg/day) as directed.
- Total treatment must not exceed 5 days; lower doses in the elderly and in kidney impairment.

- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: মুখে প্রতি ৪-৬ ঘণ্টা অন্তর 10 mg (সর্বোচ্চ দৈনিক 40 mg); ইনজেকশন প্রতি ৬ ঘণ্টা অন্তর 10-30 mg (সর্বোচ্চ দৈনিক 90-120 mg), নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী।

Toradolin should not be used in:
- Active or past ulcer or GI bleeding; bleeding disorders.
- Kidney impairment.
- Allergy to aspirin or other NSAIDs.
- Pregnancy, labour and breastfeeding.
- Use with other NSAIDs or probenecid.

- Headache, dizziness, fluid retention, raised blood pressure.

Precautions while using Toradolin:
- Take with food; use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.
- Caution in the elderly, hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease and asthma.
- Long-term high doses raise the risk of heart attack and stroke.
