Tirzep is indicated for the treatment of:
- Type 2 diabetes mellitus.
- Chronic weight management in adults with obesity or overweight with weight-related conditions (as licensed).

Dosage and administration of Tirzep:
Adults: start 2.5 mg once weekly by subcutaneous injection for 4 weeks, then 5 mg weekly; increase in 2.5 mg steps every 4 weeks as needed to a maximum of 15 mg weekly.

- Personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2.
- Hypersensitivity.
