Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Tigma 0.5 mg/ml is indicated for the treatment of:
- Reversal of non-depolarising muscle relaxants after anaesthesia.
- Myasthenia gravis.
- Post-operative bowel and bladder atony.

Dosage and administration of Tigma 0.5 mg/ml:
- Reversal: 0.05-0.07 mg/kg IV (up to 5 mg) with atropine or glycopyrronium, given by an anaesthetist.
- Myasthenia: oral 15-30 mg three to four times daily; injection as directed.
