Tibofem is indicated for the treatment of:
- Menopausal symptoms in women more than 1 year after the last period.
- Prevention of osteoporosis in selected women.

Women: 2.5 mg once daily at the same time each day.

Tibofem should not be used in:
- Pregnancy; breast or endometrial cancer; undiagnosed vaginal bleeding.
- Blood clots, stroke or heart attack history; active liver disease; porphyria.
