Tenoren is indicated for the treatment of:
- High blood pressure.
- Angina.
- Heart rhythm disorders; after a heart attack.

Dosage and administration of Tenoren:
- Adults: 25-100 mg once daily (maximum 100 mg); reduce in kidney impairment.
- Do not stop suddenly.

Tenoren should not be used in:
- Decompensated heart failure, cardiogenic shock.
- Severe slow heart rate, second or third-degree heart block, sick sinus syndrome.
- Severe asthma.

Tiredness, dizziness, cold hands and feet, slow heart rate, sleep disturbance.
