Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Tazosyn is indicated for the treatment of:
- Severe infections: hospital-acquired pneumonia, septicaemia.
- Complicated intra-abdominal, urinary tract and skin infections; febrile neutropenia.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Tazosyn:
- Adults: 4.5 g (4 g piperacillin + 0.5 g tazobactam) IV every 6-8 hours; reduce in kidney impairment.
- Hospital use.

- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: প্রতি ৬-৮ ঘণ্টা অন্তর IV তে 4.5 g (4 g পিপারাসিলিন + 0.5 g ট্যাজোব্যাক্টাম); কিডনির কার্যক্ষমতা কম থাকলে কমান।
- হাসপাতালে ব্যবহার্য।
