Sucosit-M is indicated for the treatment of:
Type 2 diabetes mellitus when treatment with both sitagliptin and metformin is appropriate.

Dosage and administration of Sucosit-M:
Adults: one tablet twice daily with meals (sitagliptin 50 mg with metformin 500 or 1,000 mg), adjusted by the doctor.

Sucosit-M should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity.
- Diabetic ketoacidosis.
- Severe kidney impairment (eGFR below 30), severe liver disease, heavy alcohol use.
- Conditions that risk lactic acidosis.

Possible side effects of Sucosit-M:
- Nausea, diarrhoea, stomach upset, headache.
- Low vitamin B12 with long-term use.
- Rare: lactic acidosis, pancreatitis.

- Stop before iodinated contrast and major surgery; check kidney function regularly.
- Take with meals.
