spirolac is indicated for the treatment of:
- Heart failure.
- Resistant hypertension.
- Oedema due to cirrhosis or kidney disease; primary hyperaldosteronism.

Dosage and administration of spirolac:
Adults: 25-100 mg daily in one or two doses; heart failure 12.5-50 mg daily; ascites up to 400 mg daily under supervision.
