Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Span is indicated for the treatment of:
- Smooth muscle spasm: abdominal cramps, biliary and renal colic.
- Painful periods.

Relaxes smooth muscle by blocking phosphodiesterase 4.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Span:
Adults: 40-80 mg two to three times daily; injection 40-80 mg IM or slow IV as directed.

Levodopa (reduced effect), other antispasmodics.
