Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Soricap is indicated for the treatment of:
- Severe psoriasis resistant to other treatment.
- Severe disorders of keratinisation such as ichthyosis and Darier's disease.

Dosage and administration of Soricap:
Adults: 25-30 mg once daily with the main meal for 2-4 weeks, then 25-50 mg daily as directed; specialist-directed.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Soricap should not be used in:
- Pregnancy, and for 3 years after stopping in women who could become pregnant.
- Breastfeeding; severe liver or kidney impairment; very high blood fats.
- Use with methotrexate, tetracyclines or vitamin A.

- Raised lipids and liver enzymes; severe birth defects.

- Strict pregnancy prevention programme; no alcohol in women who could become pregnant.
- Monitor lipids and liver function; do not donate blood.
