Indicationsনির্দেশনা

SITACRET F.C is indicated for the treatment of:

Type 2 diabetes mellitus, alone or combined with metformin, a sulfonylurea, insulin and other medicines.

Pharmacologyফার্মাকোলজি

Blocks the DPP-4 enzyme, raising incretin hormones that increase insulin and reduce glucagon after meals.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি

Dosage and administration of SITACRET F.C:

Adults: 100 mg once daily; 50 mg if kidney function is moderately reduced and 25 mg if severely reduced.

Rare: pancreatitis, joint pain, skin reactions, kidney problems.
