Singlin is indicated for the treatment of:
Type 2 diabetes mellitus when diet and exercise are not enough.

Dosage and administration of Singlin:
Adults: 0.5 mg 15-30 minutes before main meals, increased gradually as needed (maximum 4 mg per dose and 16 mg/day); skip the dose if a meal is skipped.

- Type 1 diabetes, diabetic ketoacidosis.
- Severe liver impairment.
- Use with gemfibrozil.
