Sertraver is indicated for the treatment of:
- Major depression.
- Obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Sertraver:
- Adults: 50 mg once daily (25 mg to start in panic disorder); may be increased every week to a maximum of 200 mg daily.
- Benefit appears after 2-4 weeks; stop gradually.

Sertraver should not be used in:
- Use with MAO inhibitors or pimozide.
- Hypersensitivity.

Possible side effects of Sertraver:
- Nausea, diarrhoea, headache, sleeplessness or drowsiness, sweating, sexual side effects.
- Rare: suicidal thoughts (especially in young adults), serotonin syndrome, bleeding, low sodium.

- Watch mood and suicidal thoughts early in treatment and in young people.
- Caution in epilepsy and bleeding disorders; do not stop suddenly.
