Rupanex is indicated for the treatment of:
- Allergic rhinitis.
- Chronic urticaria.

Dosage and administration of Rupanex:
- Adults and adolescents 12 years and over: 10 mg once daily.
- Children: oral solution by weight as per the label.

- Hypersensitivity.
- QT prolongation or low potassium.
- Use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ketoconazole or erythromycin.
