Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Roxibac is indicated for the treatment of:
- Pharyngitis, tonsillitis, sinusitis and otitis media.
- Bronchitis and pneumonia.
- Urinary tract infections.
- Skin and soft tissue infections; early Lyme disease; uncomplicated gonorrhoea.

Bactericidal; blocks bacterial cell-wall synthesis.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Roxibac:
- Adults (oral): 250-500 mg twice daily after food; gonorrhoea 1 g as a single dose.
- Injection: 750 mg to 1.5 g every 8 hours under medical supervision.
- Reduce dose in kidney impairment.
Roxibac-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক (মুখে): খাবারের পর দিনে দুইবার 250-500 mg; গনোরিয়ায় একবারে 1 g।
- ইনজেকশন: চিকিৎসকের তত্ত্বাবধানে প্রতি ৮ ঘণ্টা অন্তর 750 mg-1.5 g।
- কিডনির কার্যক্ষমতা কম থাকলে মাত্রা কমাতে হবে।

Possible side effects of Roxibac:
- Diarrhoea, nausea, abdominal pain, rash.
- Rare: severe allergic reaction, Clostridioides difficile colitis, blood disorders.
