Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Roxadex is indicated for the treatment of:
- Severe allergic reactions.
- Flare-ups of asthma and COPD; croup.
- Cerebral oedema.
- Inflammatory and immune conditions; prevention of nausea with chemotherapy.
- Some cancers under a specialist.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Roxadex:
- Oral: 0.5-10 mg daily, individualised; IV or IM: 4-20 mg as directed.
- Croup: a single dose of 0.15-0.6 mg/kg.
- Courses longer than about 3 weeks must be reduced gradually.

- Untreated systemic fungal infection.
- Live vaccines at immunosuppressive doses.
- Hypersensitivity.

- Long-term: bone thinning, infections, cataract, adrenal suppression.
