Dosage and administration of Rosatan:
Adults: 50 mg losartan with 12.5 mg hydrochlorothiazide once daily; may be increased to 100 mg/25 mg once daily.

Rosatan should not be used in:
- Pregnancy.
- Anuria; severe kidney or liver impairment.
- Allergy to sulfonamide-derived drugs.
- Low potassium or high calcium that does not respond to treatment.
