Dosage and administration of Rilovir:
Adults: 400 mg lopinavir with 100 mg ritonavir twice daily (or 800/200 mg once daily in selected patients); specialist-directed.

Rilovir should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity.
- Use with drugs that depend on CYP3A, such as simvastatin, lovastatin, sildenafil (for pulmonary hypertension), ergot derivatives, rifampicin or St John's wort.

- Diarrhoea, nausea, raised cholesterol and triglycerides, headache, tiredness.
- Pancreatitis, liver problems, PR and QT prolongation.
